JLSP promotes its projects and focus area through advocacy and education. Advocacy includes active support for a cause or position in JLSP's focus area as well as promoting related issues. JLSP's efforts include:

• Meeting with community leaders regarding JLSP's focus area
• Building and being a part of coalitions in support of JLSP's focus area
• Educating the public on the efforts of JLSP
• Creating Public Service Announcements for our projects
