advocacy
The Advocacy Committee gives a voice to the mission of the JLSP and our community service projects, energizing our membership to speak out to the community on how JLSP continues to build a better community. |
|
Who we are |
We are Advocates! How do we advocate? Educate the public through Public Service announcements, including billboards, bus stop signs and the media. Discuss and meet with elected officials and community leaders to educate them on the issues surrounding our community service projects. The Junior League of Saint Paul does not participate in political campaigns, political action committees or donate money to candidates.
Our Mission and Advocacy Promoting Voluntarism: Advocacy is a great way to volunteer. Improving communities: JLSP can improve our community through education and awareness of specific issues. |
