In the Spotlight
Building Bonds through Reading and Play
Two project committees work to develop and promote programs that create connections between adults and children.

Our Library Kids program introduces pre-kindergartners to reading by providing a book, brochure, and library card voucher during pre-kindergarten screenings.
Saint Paul Plays! brings the developmental value
and connection-making power of play
to Saint Paul families through a series of "play dates" in the community.
